The Grand Canyon Viewpoint-Tour
leads you to a scenically very unusual route alongside the South-Rim of the Grand Canyon, which allows you to drive past all the viewpoints of the National Park. The route leads mainly through a region which is in part thickly wooded. It is abruptly bordered by the Grand Canyon on one side and reveals the view on millions of years of geological history.
At a height of more than 6561.68 ft above sea level you look down almost 4921.25 ft. During this beautiful ongoing route you are welcome to imagine that from up here you are looking into a gorge, but that if you were looking from somewhere else, you would be looking down to the peaks of the German Alps.
The tour will be interrupted several times to enable you to enjoy the different views. As a special exception you don´t have to stop.
