We begin our mainly moderate 39 mile long tour at the edge of the village of Bad Tölz.

Using quiet side roads we cycle through the picturesque foothills of the Alps to the beautifully situated villages of Steinsäge and Wackersberg.

We continue on this scenic and quiet road via Steinbach, Arzbach, Schlegldorf, Lenggries to Wegscheid and afterwards on an even stretch to Jachenau.

Having arrived in Jachenau we turn around and head back in the direction of Wegscheid.

Here we bear right and cycle via Anger, Lenggries and Grundern to Mühl.

Afterwards we overcome a short but steep climb up to Dorf.

Afterwards, during the descent, we can already see, from a distance, our destination, Bad Tölz, the world famous city on the river Isar and well worth seeing.
