Experience a demanding mountain passage which starts in Austria at the eastern end of the Lake Constance and leads you via the Pfänder into the centre of the Allgäu. On this idyllic little mountain road you pass nice mountain inns and cycle through lush forests, which from time to time reveal a breathtaking view of the Swabian Sea.

After a strength-consuming climb of 1181.1 ft in altitude you ride through lush mountain pastures and meadows on the mountain crest of the Pfänder. The nice winding road, which varies between light climbs and short slopes ends after a beautiful and rapid descent in the town centre of Scheidegg.
